Summary
Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.

Essential Functions
-Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
-Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
-Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
-Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
-Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
-Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

Skills Required
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) State License
- Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year
- Two years of RN experience
- One year of Operating Room RN experience
- Familiarity with practical nursing principles and skills
- Knowledge of age-specific care requirements
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent verbal and communication skills; ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients
