Schedule: 8a-4:30p or 830-5pm (M-F) No Weekends, No Holidays. Minimum 1 Shift Required every 4 Weeks.
Covering needs across multiple outpatient locations: Orlando, East Orlando, Winter Park, Altamonte, Kissimmee, Celebration, Winter Garen (only in Radiation Oncology Outpatient Clinics)
Documents all procedures and assessments accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Reports patient status, interventions, and outcomes to the appropriate healthcare team members in a timely manner. Ensures all documentation complies with department policies, local, state, and federal regulations, and accrediting body standards. Completes admission assessments, including pain screening and follow-up evaluations. Records patient history, including medical, social, and family history, as well as current medications and allergies. Monitors and documents patient progress, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments. Identifies and documents signs of abuse or neglect, and reports findings to the appropriate authorities. Evaluates and records patients' developmental levels and support systems. Ensures proper coding and charging of services rendered. Maintains confidentiality and security of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Participates in performance improvement activities by documenting and reporting data related to patient care and outcomes. Communicates effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. Other duties as assigned.
