- Collaborates with nursing unit leaders and human resources to perform behavior modification duties such as corrective action pathways.
- Maintains data and metrics of team members, reporting findings to the Regional Program Manager for evaluation.
- Supports program adjustments based on data and metrics to enhance achievement of individual, departmental, and organizational goals.
- Functions as an academic liaison to healthcare programs in the community and represents the organization at various events.
- Guides intentional hiring on nursing units to align with applicant goals and coordinates job shadow and interviews.
- Assesses nursing unit needs and collaborates with human resources to maintain an optimal pipeline into the nursing workforce.
- Partners with nursing unit leaders to ensure responsibilities and commitments are met according to organizational standards.
- Connects with team members regularly through established best practices, including rounding, scheduled check-ins, talent care, and onboarding tools.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:
$68,194.25 - $126,851.50Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
