QualificationsWhat You'll DoAs an RN at Washington County Jail, you'll provide quality patient care while using your clinical knowledge and critical-thinking skills to:
- Provide hands-on patient care and monitor symptoms, responses, and progress
- Perform assessments and respond to medical needs and emergencies
- Administer medications and treatments according to nursing standards
- Accurately document patient care and communicate changes effectively
- Collaborate with onsite providers and the healthcare team on treatment plans
- Practice confidently within Tennessee's scope of practice and SHP guidelines
- Help maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment
