Join our Orthopedic & Trauma team and provide exceptional care to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, trauma, surgery, and acute medical conditions. As an RN, you'll work alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care while helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes.
What You'll Do- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Care for orthopedic, trauma, post-surgical, medical, telemetry, and neurologic patients
- Administer medications and treatments safely
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, care managers, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families throughout their care journey
- Coordinate discharge planning and transitions of care
- Supervise and support LPNs, Patient Care Assistants, and other team members
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Qualifications- Associate Degree in Nursing required
- BSN preferred
- Current Iowa RN license required
- BLS certification required
