The RN Manager of Clinical Operations has the rewarding opportunity to travel around Cleveland to collaborate and work alongside fellow nurse managers ensuring day to day operations are handled in a professional, efficient and effective manner, acts as liaison/consultant within Cleveland Clinic and with external institutions/clients. You will build rapport and cultivate great relationships with doctors and supporting staff to maintain and uphold standards of excellence in patient care.

A caregiver in this role works Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm and may work until 5:00pm based on facility needs. No weekends or holidays required.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
- Develops and maintains a high level customer focused effort. Recommends changes to improve quality of care.
Participates in department and program work with corporate clients.
Assumes fiscal responsibility for the expenditures.
Attains and maintains adherence in prescribed regulatory standards.
Performs system analysis to create new systems and operating procedures or revises established systems to achieve maximum efficiency of the department's patient care delivery systems.
Other duties as assigned.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
Master's Degree preferred.
Certifications:
Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Complexity of Work:
Within the scope of the job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and to direct and evaluate the efforts of others.
Ability to establish cooperative relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
Work Experience:
Extensive management experience in clinical environments and administrative duties related to the work of the department will be evaluated and may be substituted for educational achievements.
A minimum of five years of recent management experience is preferred.
Must possess good human relations and customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requires excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral, written, communication skills, excellent organizational skills and time management.
Must be willing to manage the department beyond the normal operational schedule as many of our patients may be in time zones that required communication at off hours.
Physical Requirements:
Requires occasional computer entry, sitting, standing and walking to meeting.
Normal or corrected vision, hearing and speech.
Personal Protective Equipment:
Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
