The Role
Provide one-on-one home health nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or living with disabilities. Deliver personalized care in patients' homes, follow laws/regulations and agency policies, coordinate with families, complete required skills assessments, maintain CPR certification and TB clearance, and undergo Florida Level 2 background screening. LPNs must have (or be willing to learn) vent, trach, and G-tube care.
