Plans and delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, interventions, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacts with patients, families, and other interdisciplinary team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
- What You Should Know About the RN/LPN Extended Hours Role:
- This is a DRIVING position throughout Columbus
- This is a Full-Time position:
- 6p-6a 3 12 hour shifts a week and every other weekend.
- 2 holidays per year required.

RN/LPN Extended Hours Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio without any board actions. Two years acute care nursing experience preferred.
- CPR Certified
- Certification in Hospice & Palliative Medicine (CHPN) preferred and will be made available to Ohio's Hospice employees who wish to obtain certification.
- Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
- Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime, or inclement weather.
- Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record
- State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen
