We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our leadership team as a Full-Time Evening Supervisor. If you are passionate about mentoring others, delivering outstanding resident care, and leading by example, we would love to meet you.
Schedule- Full-Time Evening Shift
- Every Other Weekend Required
As the Evening Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight while ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. Responsibilities include:
- Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff to promote a positive team environment.
- Provide clinical leadership and make independent decisions to support resident care needs.
- Coordinate daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Assist with assessments, care planning, and resident care as needed.
- Promote compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Address resident, family, and staff concerns with professionalism and compassion.
- Current RN or LPN license in the State of Louisiana.
- Previous nursing supervisor, charge nurse, or leadership experience required.
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
