Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Dialysis RN to join our team. You will provide Hemodialysis across the spectrum of care in our state-of-the-art settings. We provide care to Acute and Chronic patients in our 11 station unit as well as beside treatments in the ICUs.We offer a variety of comprehensive benefits to eligible employees such as:

Current MA RN licensure required
Dialysis experience is required.
This is a 33 hours/week position,11 hour shifts.
Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.

Essential Functions
-Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
-Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
-Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
-Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
-Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
-Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients.
