- Current North Carolina RN license
- Minimum two years of professional experience
- Experience in home care, home health, assisted living, or geriatric care
- Strong medication-management, communication, and organizational skills

The Avalon of Lewis Center is a senior living community in Lewis Center, Ohio, focused on helping older adults enjoy a high quality of life with compassionate support. It offers assisted living, memory care through the Heartfelt Connections program for residents with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, and short-term respite care, alongside purpose-driven daily experiences designed to nurture residents’ mind, body, and spirit.
