Now Hiring: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON/RN)
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON/RN) to join our dedicated team at our 60-bed Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC).
Qualifications:
Current RN license in good standing
Previous ADON or nursing leadership experience preferred
Positive attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork
Highly organized with excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) required
Wound care experience preferred
Infection prevention and control experience preferred
Dependable, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care

Skills Required
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Strong leadership skills
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Advanced education in nursing management, administration, geriatric nursing, or rehabilitation
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in this state
- Required continuing education units for license renewal
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local long-term care regulations
