We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized RMA Manager to manage the end-to-end return merchandise authorization process. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of product returns, repairs, and replacements while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.
This position is on-site at our Teaneck, NJ office and is an IC role.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
- Responsible for planning the materials required for our service teams, installation teams, spares holding etc.
- Creating process for customer returns, managing the returns through the return and refurbish cycle with either the CM or internal engineering.
- Managing all CRG inventory for dispositions - creating the process for that.
- Providing quality metrics and cost analysis on failure modes to feed back to reliability engineering.
- Managing the customer through the RMA process.
- Engaging with Customer Success to ensure we’re meeting SLA’s on replacements etc.
- 4+ years of experience in RMA management, supply chain, or logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, economics, logistics, or similar preferred.
- Strong understanding of warranty and return processes
- Excellent knowledge of ERP system
- Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting, and in a periodic inventory environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing the quantity and financial forecasts and following inventory level and improvement plans
- Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly growing business environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional collaboration and self-management abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Compensation:
UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000.
