JOB FUNCTION: Process Customer products returns within the RMA process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year experience in high volume manufacture.
SKILLS: Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft words and excel. Ability to work independently at all levels within the organization. Knowledge of inventory management systems (SAP) is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Read and follow work instructions, company standards and procedures.
- Obtain approvals for RMA requests and follow-up RMAs to ensure closure.
- Verify RMA form and physical units check-in SAP
- Create work order in SAP, schedule and coordinate the rework/debug/RMA requirement.
- Generate orders and follow up on outstanding issues with internal departments.
- Ensure timely response to customer about return authorization status and disposition of discrepant RMA’s, Data entry and record keeping
