The role involves close collaboration with internal departments—including Production, Logistics, Sales, Administration, and Technical Support—to facilitate warranty replacements, coordinate repair unit shipments, and prepare replacement quotes for customers. Responsibilities:
- Support general administrative tasks and maintain accurate records that keep the team running smoothly
- Evaluation of customer needs and solutions
- Issue and process Return Merchandise Authorization numbers (RMAs) for customer hardware returns
- Correspond with customers regarding returns, status updates and payments
- Act as the go-to contact for customer return requests
- Prepare replacement quotes and manage the warranty replacement process end-to-end
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking skills, problem-solving ability, time management skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Some customer service experience if preferred
