Job Purpose:
The RMA Admin is responsible for efficiently managing customer returns and damaged inventory across multiple warehouses. This role is crucial in maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring swift processing of returns to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:- Review Daily Inventory Reports/Files. Determine next actions. Follow written SOPs for specific customers/vendors requirements.
- Initiate simple RMA requests with vendor via email or vendor portal. Create Material Transfers for approved liquidations. Create Liquidation bids.
- Engage with management on open issues requring escalation/resolution.
- Maintain detailed records in the system of all RMA approvals/denials, follow ups, and outcomes. Create outbound orders and release for shipment
- Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience)
- High School Graduate or GED equivalent required.
- Some college education preferred.
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Able to use common office equipment.
- Possesses basic data entry skills.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
- Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
- Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Able to use relevant computer systems and applications at a basic level.
- Able to quickly learn/adapt to new systems and technology.
- Able to be immobile for long extended periods.
- Able to talk on the phone (or wear a headset) for long periods of time.
- Ability to stay aware and alert while performing work.
