Join us as a Risk Transformation Director
- Risk Transformation Structuring is a successful and strategically important front office desk role and you’ll be responsible for innovating and structuring complex derivatives, financing and risk transfer transactions.
- We’ll look to you to originate and lead transactions and projects across the Risk Transformation business, contributing to an ambitious financial budget with growth aspirations.
What you'll do
As a Risk Transformation Director, you’ll focus on analysing and reviewing potential transactions. You’ll analyse the structural risks inherent in products and structures, as well as quantitative analysis, optimisation, scenario calculations and documentation.

Your role will also involve:
- Supporting the Risk Transformation business
- originate credit and capital mitigation solutions
- Drive execution including, pitching, design, identify structural risk, run internal approvals, liaise with counsels, negotiation, completion, and support trading in certain lifecycle events.
- Product development following evolution in market dynamics and regulatory landscape.
The skills you'll need:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need front office or client-facing experience in the financial or a related professional service sector.
You’ll also need:
- Practical knowledge of core banking regulations or accounting principles.
- The ability to quantitatively evaluate financial risk and dissect documentation to identify and explain structural risks.
- Confidence in presenting and negotiating, as well as capability in processing multi-faceted commercial projects.
