Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of risk management at Teya? As a Risk Project Manager within our dynamic second-line Risk Management Function, you’ll lead the charge in driving impactful risk initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering key projects that strengthen our risk framework. This fast-paced, hands-on role offers the perfect stage to showcase your expertise, creativity, and leadership skills, as you help the CRO align critical deliverables across the organization.
Your Mission: Making Risk Resilient & Innovative
Join us as the go-to expert in risk project management and leave your mark by:
- Leading with Vision: Spearhead projects from concept to completion, steering through all stages—planning, executing, monitoring, and closing—while using cutting-edge methodologies (like Agile or hybrid approaches).
- Driving Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders, including senior leaders, risk champions, and tech teams, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment every step of the way.
- Mastering Compliance & Control: Enhance and adapt Teya’s risk management practices to comply with ever-evolving regulations and empower the business to thrive with confidence.
- Innovating Processes: Identify areas to optimize risk management, leveraging technology and automation to create efficient, forward-thinking solutions.
