This person will lead Risk Passport content globally. That means setting the editorial direction and producing the content that builds awareness, attracts new members and keeps existing members engaged throughout their membership.

Your main audience is owners and decision-makers at small and mid-sized businesses, alongside [insurer partners] and the Marsh colleagues who sell and support the product. You will turn specialist risk and insurance expertise into clear, practical content that business owners want to engage with, and keep it consistent across every market.

This is a hybrid role and requires working at least three days a week in the office.

We will rely on you to:

Content development

  • Develop thought leadership (articles, insight reports, points of view) in partnership with Marsh Risk Consulting specialists.
  • Write and maintain website and landing page copy, applying SEO best practice.
  • Lead the member email programme, including newsletters and product update communications.
  • Write video scripts, webinar and event content, and social copy.
  • Support in the creation of sales enablement content for Client Executives and regional teams, such as one-pagers, email templates and case studies.
  • Brief and collaborate with the in-house designer and external partners on visual assets.

Messaging and localisation

  • Act as guardian of Risk Passport messaging and terminology, applying the messaging framework consistently across all content.
  • Produce localisation-ready master content and support regional marketing teams as they adapt it for their markets.

Collaboration and governance

  • Work with risk consultants and subject matter experts to source insight and ensure technical accuracy.
  • Manage review and approval with legal, compliance and brand teams.

Performance

  • Set content KPIs, track engagement and conversion, and use the insights to refine the content mix and report on impact.

What you need to have:

  • Extensive experience in content marketing, editorial or copywriting, ideally in B2B financial services, insurance, consulting or professional services.
  • A portfolio showing range: long-form thought leadership, web copy, email and scripts.
  • Exceptional writing and editing in English, with the ability to make technical subjects clear and engaging without oversimplifying.
  • Confidence working with senior subject matter experts and turning their knowledge into compelling content.
  • Experience running an editorial calendar and managing stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Comfort using performance data from email platforms and web analytics

What makes you stand out:

  • Knowledge of commercial insurance, risk management or the challenges facing SMEs.
  • An additional European language.
  • Experience with membership or subscription products and lifecycle content.
  • Experience localising content for global markets.
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or Vyond, enough to produce simple assets or brief a designer well.
  • CMS experience and responsible use of AI tools in content workflows

Why join our team:

  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have an impact on colleagues, clients, and communities.
