- Analyze, monitor, and prevent fraud in both card payments and crypto onramp/offramp transactions, at both the user and transaction levels.
- Use our internal risk platform and Sift to label and track high-risk users and transactions.
- Respond to risk-related customer inquiries and support product ops in managing user concerns.
- Collaborate with merchants, payment partners, and internal teams on risk management strategies.
- Work closely with engineers to provide feedback and request features for improving our risk platform.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail – essential for success in this role.
- Ideally, experience in risk management, particularly in payments or compliance-related systems.
- Familiarity with payment gateways, banks, or high-risk merchants (e.g., gaming, travel, hospitality) is a plus.
- Experience with fraud detection systems like Sift is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to make decisive judgments.
