*This is a fully remote position. Candidates must physically sit in CST/EST timezones.*
Responsibilities:
- Review facility data reports to identify acute, home and chronic programs that could represent potential enterprise risk.
- Provide technical support to ACT programs including development of Plans of Correction (POC) with routine follow-up.
- Evaluate operational compliance with relevant requirements which include: DaVita policy and procedures, Joint commission requirements, CMS Conditions for Coverage, AAMI standards and other applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with internal DaVita divisions, including but not limited to, Risk, SOS, Teammate Safety, Hospital Services Group, Infectious Disease Team and Home National Team, on identifying enterprise risk programs.
- Identify and share best practices
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years nephrology technical experience
- Experience in CQI methodology and techniques
- Current driver’s license in state of residence and insurable driving record
- Scheduling flexibility and ability to travel
- Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to presentations and use internet effectively
- High School Diploma

Salary/ Wage Range
$75,000.00 - $110,000.00 / yearIf a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
