Job Description
Tattarang is seeking a dynamic Risk Manager to partner with our Leadership team and portfolio companies, delivering a consistent risk management framework and enhancing operational risk capacity.
What you will do

Lead the development and implementation of risk strategies and frameworks.

Identify and work with the business to mitigate emerging threats, manage insurance renewals, and strengthen risk practices.

Provide strategic guidance to leadership, ensuring tools, systems, and frameworks are aligned with the business needs

Oversee the delivery of an audit compliance program, managing risk areas and ensuring effective closeout of findings

Develop an effective risk community of practice to be leveraged across the investment portfolio

Oversee the delivery of the insurance function across the portfolio

Review policies and processes to ensure regulatory compliance and protect organizational reputation.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive a robust risk culture.
Qualifications

You are a proactive leader with a deep understanding of risk management principles and a proven ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

You hold a bachelors degree in finance or other related field, and substantial experience in risk management.

Your strategic mindset, combined with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, will enable you to thrive in this role.
