Job Description

As our project management business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Risk Manager to join our specialist team. Your expertise in risk analysis and management will make you a key player in a rapidly expanding field. You’ll be involved in a wide variety of institutional, industrial, mining, infrastructure and construction projects of all sizes.

We offer a flexible hybrid work mode, allowing you to work from home and from one of our offices.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage some or all elements of the risk management process (planning, risk identification, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, risk response planning, risk response execution, risk control)
  • Produce all or part of the deliverables of the risk management process, depending on the project (risk management plan, risk registers, workshop materials, mitigation plan, risk sheets, etc.).
  • Organize, lead and document risk analysis workshops tailored to the project phase
  • Develop and/or adapt risk analysis tools to suit specific projects and contexts
  • Helping managers adopt a risk management culture

Qualifications

  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in risk management on major projects in the heavy industry, energy or mining and metals sectors
  • Experience in leading risk analysis workshops with over 15 participants
  • Excellent command of the risk management principle and process
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English
