Deliver critical Firmwide and Wholesale reporting that supports JPMorgan Chase's risk management and regulatory requirements through changing market conditions. As part of Wholesale Credit Risk Reporting, a global team within Risk Reporting & Middle Office, you will have opportunities to lead key processes, take ownership of deliverables, and drive continuous improvements.
As an Analyst within the Credit Risk Reporting team, you will dive into credit risk data and help turn it into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders. You will leverage automation to streamline reporting and enhance accuracy, working closely with colleagues across functions to ensure our reports are timely and meaningful. By upholding the highest standards of data quality and controls, your contributions will help build a culture of transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze exposures, metrics, and drivers to explain material movements. Produce and deliver risk reports and reporting for senior stakeholders
- Maintain documentation, procedures, and control evidence to support governance and auditability
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align inputs, resolve issues, and deliver outcomes
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and translate results into clear stakeholder-ready narratives
- Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Perform control checks and maintain data quality to support accurate reported results
- Drive automation and streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reporting, financial analytics, or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Adaptability and learning mindset, including eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on data quality. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams, stakeholders, and locations
- Critical thinking and ability to work independently to drive issues to resolution, ability to prioritize work and deliver continuous process improvements
- Experience documenting processes and supporting compliance and control requirements
