What you’ll do:  

  • Support Vendor Risk Reviews: Gather documents, check information for completeness, and help identify potential risks involving vendors and other outside partners.  
  • Assist with Ongoing Vendor Monitoring: Track reviews, risk findings, outstanding documentation, and follow-up items while maintaining accurate records within the company’s risk management systems. 
  • Identify Gaps & Improve Processes: Look at how work gets done day to day, notice where things could run more smoothly or safely, and suggest practical improvements. 
  • Support Contract Management: Maintain agreement records, track key dates and renewals, and help ensure contract information is accurate and organized.  
  • Assist with Risk Reporting & Analysis: Gather risk-related information, update reports and program metrics, and help identify trends or items that may require additional review.  
  • Research Emerging Risks: Learn about new developments involving vendor risk, information security, data privacy, artificial intelligence, and regulatory requirements, and share relevant findings with the Risk Management team. 
  • Collaborate Across the Organization: Work with Risk Management professionals and other departments to support vendor reviews, team initiatives, documentation, and process improvements.
