How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the
bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)
in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the
country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,
Tunaiku.

About the position:
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Risk Management Intern for 3 months. In this role, you will support the risk management team in data analyze to identify and analyze potential risks. You will work under guidance and gain hands-on experience with the process.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and process historical data to support risk management regulatory reports
- Assist for maintaining and updating interactive dashboards.
- Assist for risk identification process for specific business units
- Assist for team in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Automate manual reporting tasks to improve team efficiency
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Statistics
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel (Familiar with VLOOKUP formulas, Pivot Tables, and Logical Functions)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Skilled in data processing, data interpretation, and statistical analysis.
- Proficient in analyzing, identifying, and interpreting trends/patterns in data sets.
- Proficient in SPSS, R, and SQL. Skilled in Python is a plus
We exist to ensure that the project is provided with a complete risk management information system that ultimately determines how to control and oversee the project’s effectiveness and fulfillment.
It’s our job to innovate strategies to mitigate identified risks, apply risk management methodologies and risk analysis tools, and integrate insurance policies of treating prioritized threats with the project management team.
Skills Required
