Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in  standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g Entreprise Risk Management) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. To drive such culture change  we are looking for candidates with pioneering spirit that make data-driven decisions and take responsibility for the best outcome of their internal customers. Responsibilities - your mission 

•  Provide both functional and technical expertise on Risk & Opportunity Management tools : usage, operational management, harmonization

• Support the Risk & Opportunity Management network (User guides, Awareness, Training

• Develop business reports for the Enterprise Risk Management network according to business priorities 

• Manage Tools administration: access rights, folders management, FAQ

• Plan and coordinate with key stakeholders (ERM CoC, IM) tools' minor and major upgrades: request analysis, development activities, test plan, implementation, go-live 

• Additional topic: Manage incidents and requests raised by the business in collaboration with ERM CoC and IM support teams

• Manage related documentations 

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have 

• Be experienced in all google suite tools (slide, sheet, e-site, chat...)

• Strong knowledge in SQL language (from functional requirements collection to coding, integrating, testing, implementing)

• Knowledge in specific Risk Management tools such as ARM (Active Risk Management)

• Experience in database management / development

• Good knowledge of Agile SCRUM methodology

• Be able to create video contents (awareness sessions)

• Have appetite and some background for data engineering and visualization apps (Qlik sense, Google studio)

• Be experienced in IT application administration and documentation management
