Who you are:

As a Risk Management Data Analyst I with Frost, you keep us risk-free! In this role, you will assist in the application of data analytics into financial, transactional, demographic, and behavioral data. Using your analytical skills and observant mindset you will pull, clean, and aggregate data from sources across the bank. You enjoy collaboration and will have the opportunity to work with risk management staff to identify ways to use data analytics.

What you’ll do: 

• Assist in the application of data analytics into financial, transactional, demographic and behavioral data

• Pull, clean, and aggregate data from sources across the Bank

• Validate data by performing additional research to resolve exceptions and anomalies

• Ensure work is appropriately documented and in compliance with State and Federal Laws and Regulations

• Participate in collaboration efforts with other Risk Management Data Analysts to identify ways to use data analytics

• Assist with presenting analytical results to data analytics clients

• Maintain direct, ongoing communication with Risk Management clients at the direction of supervisor

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Experience with Microsoft Applications, especially Excel

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SQL, SAS, R, or Python

• Banking industry experience

• Experience assisting with gathering and documenting requirements

• Experience presenting analytical results
