Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Risk Management Consultant to join our growing team.


In this role, you will play a crucial part in advising our clients on identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact their organizations' operations, financial stability, and reputation.

You will develop risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulations and protect the organization from potential threats and vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage risk management projects for diverse clients across various sectors (Mainly Public and Financial sectors).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, regulatory environments, and risk exposures.
  • Facilitate the planning and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management process and framework.
  • Be involved in the implementation of risk management strategy including risk identification, analysis, response planning, monitoring and controlling.
  • Conduct risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the potential threats and vulnerabilities affecting the business.
  • Establish and quantify the organization’s risk appetite and tolerance level company-wide.
  • Develop risk management policies and procedures to mitigate identified risks.
  • Develop risk prevention plans, mitigation plans, emergency plans and ensuring consistency of risk mitigation analysis and contingency plans across all key departments.
  • Provide support in the execution and maintenance of the risk management programs.
  • Draft consolidated and individual risk reports for presentation at various levels across the organization.
  • Prepare and present risk reports to senior management (Board Risk Management Committee (BRMC); Executive Risk Management) and stakeholders.
  • Provide support in the preparation of Board Risk Management Committee (BRMC) and Executive Risk Management.
  • Prepare materials and participate in communication or training exercises to promote risk awareness across the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to risk management.

Qualifications

  • Master degree in Risk Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, Telecommunication engineering etc.
  • Relevant experience (2 – 5 years) as a Risk Management Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail oriented, client focused, with a pragmatic approach.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Risk Manager would be a plus
  •  Knowledge of IT audit in the context of a financial audit, and related regulations, auditing standards and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.

Additional Information

This role necessitate mobility flexibility, allowing individuals to work interchangeably between Tunis and Saudi Arabia.
