Conducting Risk management activities on projects for both proposal and execution phases: risk identification, analysis and mitigation, QRA
Organizing Risk Management review for on-going projects, and follow-up actions
Coordinating the preparation of Risk Board and ERC
Capitalize on project risk and opportunity management for further improvement
Other ad hoc subjects
