We’re seeking a hands-on Risk Enablement Manager to turn frameworks into practical, value-adding solutions across our growing, listed financial services organisation. Reporting to the Head of Risk, you’ll work at the centre of the business to strengthen controls, uplift risk maturity and deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes.

This is a delivery-focused role for a true risk practitioner — someone who enjoys building tools, running workshops, configuring systems (Protecht), analysing data and driving initiatives from concept through to execution.

- Partner with the business to embed practical enterprise risk practices
- Lead risk & control assessments, incident and issue oversight
- Own and enhance our Protecht GRC platform
- Deliver sharp, insight-driven reporting to Executives and Board Committees
- Provide constructive second-line challenge and advisory

To be considered for this role you will have:
- 5+ years’ experience in enterprise or operational risk within financial services or a regulated environment
- Strong RCSA, incident management and control design capability
- Experience with GRC systems (Protecht preferred but not essential)
- Executive-level communication skills
- A practical, delivery-oriented mindset with confidence to challenge constructively
