  • Identify, assess, and support mitigation of operational, regulatory, privacy, information security, and reputational risks.

  • Coordinate control testing activities and track remediation actions through to completion.

  • Support investigations into compliance incidents, control failures, and policy breaches, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are implemented.

  • Coordinate audit activities, assessments, evidence requests, and certification support processes.

  • Ensure compliance controls remain effective and aligned with regulatory, contractual, and corporate requirements.

Operational Assurance

  • Partner with Operations and Quality teams to ensure customer service and collections activities are performed in accordance with approved procedures and control frameworks.

  • Support the development of monitoring and reporting mechanisms that demonstrate contractual and policy compliance.

  • Participate in client audits, due diligence reviews, and regulatory examinations.
