• Join Qonto as a Risk & Compliance Data Analyst to enhance our data-driven approach to regulatory compliance and risk management. Working closely with Jérémy, our Risk & Compliance Engineering Lead, you'll develop crucial applications and data extracts that will directly impact our ability to meet regulatory requirements and improve our risk management processes.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Risk & Compliance Data Analyst at Qonto, you will
• Develop and maintain high-quality SQL queries and data extracts for financial institutions and regulators, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Optimize Gsheet and App scripts workflows, with a focus on XML conversions for automated reporting.
• Design and implement comprehensive risk and compliance dashboards by developing robust data models and creating intuitive visualizations in Metabase, enabling stakeholders to steer their activity.
• Create and deploy Python applications on GitHub to improve productivity for various risk and compliance teams.
• Collaborate on diverse projects across financial crime prevention, internal control, and regulatory reporting.
• Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our risk and compliance processes.
• Contribute to both daily operations and long-term improvement projects, balancing immediate needs with strategic goals.

🤝 About your future Head of
Your manager will be Gauthier Marquand, our Head of Risk Analytics & Model Governance.
• His path? With over 10 years in quantitative finance at BNP Paribas and Société Générale, Gauthier is an INSA graduate and certified FRM. Since joining Qonto in 2021, he has played a key role in structuring our risk models, quickly progressing from expert to Head of the team.
• What he can bring to the team? Gauthier combines deep technical skills in Python and Machine Learning with a hands-on leadership style. He is dedicated to technical excellence and empowers his team to build robust, data-driven risk solutions.

• Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience in a data-related role, preferably in fintech or financial services
• Technical Skills: You're proficient in SQL, Google App Script, and Python, with experience in version control systems like Git
• Adaptability: You thrive in a dynamic environment and can quickly learn about new areas of risk and compliance
• Communication: You excel at explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Problem-Solving: You have a track record of improving data processes and implementing data analytics best practices
