Risk and Resilience Technical Architect will join as a key member of Honeywell’s Integrated Risk and Strategic Management Operations(IRMSO) team to support ongoing enhancements and operations of Fusion Risk Management (Based on SalesForce Platform) and ServiceNow products development, consulting and delivering solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders across cross-functional domains, and technical and teams. You will execute multiple projects parallelly through effective planning, situational adaptation, and strong decision-making capabilities. This position reports to the Sr Cyber Sec Manager.
Responsibilities- Develop expertise with the SalesForce.com platform services including the following activities: Configure custom objects, fields, and page layouts; build workflow and approval processes; build formulas and validation rules; build reports & dashboards; Build Flows and Process Builders; configure user roles, profiles, record sharing, and security settings
- Technical architect providing expertise across various ServiceNow modules including ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), modules, custom application and platform maintenance.
- Functional knowledge about Resilience, Governance, Risk & Compliance to support enhancement and build requirements
- Responsible for end-to-end maintenance of Fusion and IRM & TPRM Modules in ServiceNow including development, deploying upgrades, testing.
- Build & execute technical product roadmap in alignment with business strategic goals, streamline platform governance, maintenance procedures, develop coding standards.
- Support performance analytics for reporting including integration with other systems for automation (PowerBI, Splunk, LEAP, One trust, Fusion etc..), user account and access management, and request fulfillment
- Consistently deliver value by improving core platform capabilities and alignment with future product releases
- Collaborate with stakeholders across cross-functional domains, and technical and Leadership teams to roll out organization-wide initiatives.
- Execute multiple projects parallelly through effective planning, situational adaptation, and strong decision-making capabilities.
- Adoption of AI capabilities/tools within Fusion and ServiceNow.
- Must have IT background and working knowledge on IT Technologies and contemporary tools: Fusion/Salesforce and ServiceNow
- Prefer experience on HRSD ITAM(HAM) ITOM(Discovery) CSM Integrations Service Portal Performance Analytics UI Builder – Now experience
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification Preferred or Able to Obtain within 6 months
- Prefer candidate with minimum 2-4 year’s experience as SalesForce and ServiceNow Technical Architect
- Demonstrate ability to manage medium to large scale projects
- Customer focus, including the ability to prioritize the diverse needs of multiple business needs
- Strong risk analysis and problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent project management skills, project management certification a plus
- Must have the ability to work well under pressure and comfortable dealing with competing priorities
- Must be a self-starter; Experience working with external partners/vendors, customers and data providers
