This Position reports to:
Risk & Internal Controls ManagerYou will be working as Risk and Internal Controls Specialist and will be part of Finance Services business for Finance and Accounting Operations division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Risk and Internal Controls Manager and will be responsible to support and facilitates the assessment of financial reporting risks and the design, implementation, and maintenance of a high-quality system of Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR).

This role is contributing to the Finance Services business Controlling division in Bangalore, India.
Your responsibilities:
Performing process walkthroughs and control design assessment as second line of defense
Performing management testing according to ABB methodology
Identifying and communicating any deficiencies in processes or control design to process owners and control owners
Participate in global Assurance, Risk and Internal Controls initiatives and projects (where applicable)
Ensure that the Internal Control methodology is strictly implemented and maintained
Your background:
Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration.
1-2 year experience in audit or internal control related areas
Strong communication skills - both written and oral
Strong intercultural skills
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
High degree of flexibility
Courage to confront difficult issues with the appropriate response
