We are looking for a Risk and Compliance Insights Analyst to join our busy and dynamic Risk Assurance team in Leeds or in the Isle of Man.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.
What you’ll do:
We are looking for a Risk and Compliance Insights Analyst to join our Risk Assurance team. You will be the first point of contact and analytical partner for our Risk and Compliance collaborators, providing ad-hoc and proactive analyses, as well as promoting an insightful approach to decision making. You will be working closely with the other analysts and Data teams, becoming the analytical expert in the area of Risk and Compliance.
- Being the analytical partner for Compliance and Risk collaborators and the wider business
- Provide regular and ad-hoc analysis, with ability to cater for different audiences
- Deliver actionable insights directly
- Inform the key partners and discuss actions when required
- Work closely with other departments to deliver industry-leading results in Risk and Compliance
What you’ll bring:

Knowledge of gaming industry
-
Understanding of regulatory aspects and operations
-
Degree or equivalent experience in quantitative area (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science) or relevant industry experience

practical experience with large datasets and analysis tools (Python, R, SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau or equivalent)

Experience in applying statistical techniques to problems (e.g. hypothesis testing, causal impact, regression analysis, time series analysis, or similar)

Identify typology and trends in customers behaviour

Ability to present and explain results of your analyses

Passion to further grow your expertise and develop experience in applying innovative techniques
