About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Risk Analytics Consultant to join the Consumer Home Lending Controller's Group (CLG) Accounting Analytics team. This role will support the overall data strategy for the Home Lending Controller's Group in partnership with business line and corporate stakeholders. The selected candidate will work alongside a team of analytics professionals supporting large-scale initiatives across CLG. The team delivers data management, reporting, governance, and analytical services for the Accounting and Financial Reporting teams within Home Lending, as well as key stakeholders across CLG and Corporate Finance. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 1-2 years of reporting and analytical experience utilizing SAS. Proficiency in developing and maintaining SAS data extraction, transformation, and manipulation code. Ability to independently analyze operational data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations based on findings. Experience supporting the full report development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support. Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
