Regular onsite attendance is an essential function of this position. The role requires direct collaboration with cross-functional teams, real-time problem-solving, and timely responses to customer and operational needs. As a customer-facing position, onsite presence facilitates efficient communication with colleagues and subject matter experts, enabling effective service delivery and faster resolution of customer inquiries and issues. The role also requires participation in team meetings, operational processes, and occasional onsite trainings that are critical to achieving customer service objectives.

About the Role

This position will report directly to the Risk and Compliance Manager. The Risk Analyst will analyze risk related to day-to-day purchases, audits, and overall portfolio trends. Additionally, the Risk Analyst will be asked to evaluate risk mitigating techniques used within the operations department to ensure that acceptable policies and procedures are properly followed.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of audits related to clients to ensure compliance.
• High level portfolio management and review through BI reporting and tools. Responsible for seeking out warning signs of deteriorating portfolio trends and providing feedback to Risk Manager.
• Proactively identify higher level risk issues and opportunities for additional training to Risk Manager.
• Assist with weekly portfolio reporting and risk analysis follow up from the Operations team.
• Research and monitor the portfolio and Operations for risk trends (double billing, auditing procedures, recourses, concentrations, client communications, unapplied funds, etc.)
• Identify efficiencies and scalable options that assist in risk mitigation as the company grows.
• Ongoing auditing of account funding instructions, focusing on clarity and accuracy.
• Other responsibilities and duties assigned as needed.

What You’ll Bring

Ideal candidates must possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to approach new ideas, situations, and suggestions with conviction. 

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 2 plus years of progressive management experience in a logistics/financial setting
• Strong customer relations ability/experience with analytical and technical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC applications
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
