Risk Analyst

• Our Risk team helps protect Oxylabs by making sure we grow responsibly - from customer due diligence and payment risk reviews to ongoing product usage monitoring and fraud prevention. As a Risk Analyst, you will strengthen the team’s ability to assess risk accurately, support compliant business growth, and work closely with internal stakeholders to build reliable prevention processes. This role is especially timely as the team continues to refine its operations and strengthen risk controls in a fast-moving environment. Your work will matter every day by helping reduce exposure, prevent incidents, and support better business decisions.

In this role, you will:

• Perform customer due diligence and risk assessments by researching and analyzing KYC-related information.
• Monitor product usage and help ensure compliance with internal policies and risk standards.
• Conduct payment risk assessments and identify unusual or potentially harmful activity.
• Analyze and help prevent possible fraud cases through structured investigation and follow-up.
• Work with different teams to improve processes that reduce risk exposure and help prevent incidents.
• Support team members in daily operational risk and compliance-related tasks.

Your skills & experiences:

• 2 years of experience in KYC, compliance, risk analysis, or a similar operational risk-related field.
• Experience building, improving, or managing operational processes.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a practical can-do mindset.
• Ability to work independently, stay effective under uncertainty, and take a proactive approach to tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with payment processors or handling payment reviews.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Previous customer support experience.

• Power BI, Salesforce, Excel

Salary & Benefits:

Gross salary: 2500 - 3700 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
