Job Description Summary
Builds and operates the FAS Risk Community of Practice and related capability, development, and organizational effectiveness activities. Strengthens connectivity across the FAS risk ecosystem by developing professional networks, facilitating learning and knowledge sharing, and supporting effective collaboration among business, Line 1, Line 2, and specialist risk and control functions. Provides connectivity to broader GR&S organization and enterprise through communications, and organizational initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Builds, leads, and continuously evolves the FAS Risk Community of Practice, creating meaningful opportunities for practitioners across risk, controls, resilience, compliance, legal, and specialist risk functions to learn, connect, and collaborate.
- Designs and delivers professional development programs, learning forums, workshops, case studies, and knowledge-sharing activities that strengthen capability and support risk-informed decision making across the FAS ecosystem.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships across business-owned risk, controls, and resilience teams, independent risk, Compliance, Legal, IMFR, Marketing Risk, Technology Risk, Security, Privacy, Financial Crime, AI, Resiliency, and other specialist functions to improve coordination and connectivity.
- Captures, curates, and disseminates lessons learned, good practices, and insights from significant initiatives, risk events, business challenges, and operational experiences to improve organizational learning and capability.
- Facilitates collaboration across organizational boundaries by connecting individuals and teams with relevant expertise, supporting the effective mobilization of specialist capabilities in response to business priorities, emerging issues, and strategic initiatives.
- Supports the operational effectiveness of the FAS Risk function through communications, leadership materials, coordination activities, and other initiatives that enable effective execution of priorities.
- Partners with risk leadership, business leaders, and specialist functions to identify capability-building opportunities and strengthen the overall effectiveness of the FAS risk ecosystem.
- Develops and maintains broad knowledge of the FAS business, the associated risk and control environment, and the specialist disciplines that support FAS. Serves as a trusted connector, facilitator, and capability builder across the ecosystem.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years related work experience.
- Experience in organizational effectiveness, risk, controls, compliance, legal, learning and development, community building, change leadership, or a related discipline preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Graduate degree preferred.
