Core Responsibilities:
- Lead with Autonomy: Work productively and autonomously as a key member of our remote team, thriving in a high-velocity startup environment.
- Strategic Advisory: Leverage elite critical and analytical thinking to move customers from "R-A-G" charts to financial risk quantification.
- Customer Ownership: Act as the Direct Responsible Individual (DRI) for active engagements, owning oversight and strategy for a diverse portfolio of clients across the East Coast and EMEA.
- Collaborative Partnership: Work in lockstep with our Customer Success Advisors to ensure our clients aren't just "compliant," but are achieving material risk reduction.
- Executive Communication: Lead high-stakes discussions with large groups and executive stakeholders; your ability to translate technical risk into business value is paramount.
Essential Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:
- Consulting Mastery: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience with a deep background in Information Security or Cybersecurity Risk Management Consulting. (We are looking for seasoned advisors, not analysts).
- Risk Quantification Expertise: Experience in Quantitative Risk Analysis is essential—preferably with Factor Analysis of Information Risk (FAIR).
- Note: This position requires the employee to obtain OpenFAIR certification if not already held.
- Technical Credibility: You hold a recognized cybersecurity certification such as CISSP (or similar).
- Global Flexibility: A willingness to work across US and Global time zones and lean in during peak periods to support our mission.
- The "Road Warrior" Spirit: Ability and willingness to travel to customers (estimated 30% travel on average) to build deep, in-person partnerships.
