We are seeking a talented individual to join our Transport and Logistics Practice team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Tauranga. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this role, you will support a high-performing broking unit by co-managing a portfolio of high-profile Transport, Logistics, Warehousing and Machinery industry accounts. You will work closely with senior client executives and the NZ manager to deliver quality client service, strengthen relationships, and help drive profitable growth.
We will count on you to:
- Co-manage a portfolio of Transport, Logistics, Warehousing and Machinery industry accounts, supporting client executives with service delivery and account management.
- Assist senior client executives and the NZ manager with the presentation, management and maintenance of client accounts.
- Take a proactive approach to identifying and meeting client needs in line with agreed service standards.
- Prepare client placement and renewal reporting, insurer submissions and related spreadsheets.
- Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers.
- Contribute to team and company growth through client retention, new business development and revenue generation opportunities.
What you need to have:
- Ideally at least 5 years’ insurance industry experience.
- New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5).
- Strong understanding of client risk management and insurance needs.
- Experience supporting account management, claims reporting and policy administration.
