  • Participate in change and initiative forums; support risk reviews and post-implementation follow-ups
  • Support incident response activities and assist the business during audits, regulatory interactions, and client due diligence
  • Partner with business risk management globally and  second/ third line teams to support alignment, training, and ongoing risk communications; escalate material matters as needed
  • Partner with lines of defense and enterprise-wide business risk teams to execute thematic control assessments using business knowledge to make sure that IS control environment is commensurate with the risk being mitigated
  • Maintain SME expertise in Depositary regulations and sound risk management practices
  • Drive innovation in the Business Risk function, including adoption of AI and novel technologies

  • Demonstrated ability to balance risk management rigor with commercial and client considerations
  • Keen awareness and appreciation for teamwork and collaboration
  • Proven track record of adoption of technology and understanding of novel risks, including AI
  • Hands on risk management experience in a highly regulated environment

Education & preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline
