SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

• The role will be responsible for implementation of RIN projects by working with cross-functional teams. This role will coordinate with BU sales and marketing to ensure projects are successful and efficient to improve operation excellence by collaborating with cross-functional teams, cycle meeting, KPIs Scorecard tracking, sales operation management system.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead TA routine RSM/DSM business review, Support regional RSD/RSM sales operation, RAP/QBR etc.
• Lead BULT, weekly business progress and forecast tracking
• Monitor BU’s key KPIs and lead BU project if needs
• Hold BU sales/marketing workshop like people focused workshop to engagement teams, improve RSMs competency, RMM/MKT sponsorship project management support
• Act as expert to identify improvement opportunity to ensure high standard performance with continuous improvement and value creation for business performance

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree required (Business).

Experience:

• More than 8 years working experience in project management, strategy development and implementation, optimization process.
• Well educated with insights of business and dynamics between function.
• Experience in driving transformation and making business stronger.

Skills:

• Able to perform under pressure with logical thinking and good judgement.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Excellent English communications skills (verbal and written)
