We are looking for a passionate Ride Consultant to join our team. The Ride Consultant is the star on the front line working directly with our riders to deliver exceptional service and rider satisfaction. This role is all about relationships, as well as sales of course….
To be successful you will have a knack for building strong and lasting relationships and a drive to get our product out and in front of more riders. You will have basic maintenance abilities to help people out on the fly and get Riders back out riding.
This role will be part of our fulltime crew working Tuesday - Saturday

Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand
2–3 years of proven, high-performance retail or sales experience—we’re looking for the best of the best.
A track record of outstanding sales results and a relentless drive to exceed targets
Basic bike maintenance knowledge to help out our riders on the fly
Excellent communication with the ability to effectively interact with riders and team members
