Roles and Responsibilities:

• Consulting partner for a Key RGM account, working closely with Leadership teams in North America based in client office, SRM client teams in Europe and Asia.

• Consultative selling to grow RGM business with the client and scale the relationship.

• Subject matter expert for Pricing, Trade Promotions, Price Pack Architecture, Portfolio Mix.

• Deliver $500MM+ profitability for our client through the advanced analytics work in RGM.

• Working with onshore consulting peer in solving One demand data and analytics use cases for market X segment, comprehensive design thinking, business problem qualification, liaison with senior stakeholders in aligning the results & insights.

• Lead a 50+ member delivery unit of Data Scientists, Decision Scientists, Data Engineers and Developers to deliver modeling insights and platforms.

• Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope.

• Incubate and build RGM platform, analytics approach with tech and data science teams to future proof the solution and help drive acceleration in delivery and scale.

Key Competencies:

• Consulting/Problem solving with exposure to SRM/RGM (Pricing and Promotion), eCommerce, Marketing Mix and Customer/Sales Analytics.

• Strong analytics background with hands on past experience in building RGM products in complex AEDD engagements.

• Good context and familiarity of CPG landscape with wide exposure in advanced analytics insights and consulting in CPG globally with North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, including strong data landscape expertise, especially with Nielsen/IRI/ePOS data sources

• Skills in storyboarding, problem solving, and insights generation are a must.

• Overall Analytics experience of 15+ years, but open to lesser if the profile is strong with experience in RGM.

Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $132,000 - $306,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
