Position/Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data to identify revenue & profit growth opportunities, optimize pricing, promotional, and assortment strategies, and enhance overall financial performance. You will work closely with various cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive actionable insights that support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Forecasting: Develop and manage forecasting models to support strategic planning and project revenue and profitability for pricing and promotional initiatives.

Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to RGM.

Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform pricing and promotional strategies, as well as optimize product positioning.

Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including, finance, sales, marketing, and demand planning to gather insights and ensure revenue growth strategies are aligned across the organization.

Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide analytical support for special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical and/or sales role (prior RGM or Sales Finance experience is a plus)

• Go-getter mentality: curious, proactive, ambitious, and continually seeking ways to improve 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and precisely to various stakeholders

• Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced skills in Excel

• Power BI a plus
