About the Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz! The RGM function drives commercial strategy by using available data to make the right commercial trade-offs and drive profitable growth. The primary responsibility in this position is to define strategies for 3 pillars of RGM; Price, Promotion and Assortment, with the Category and Trade team to build the foundation for brand growth.
In brief, you are responsible for:

  • Perform in-depth analysis of sales data, category trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.
  • Assist in development of trade promotions guidelines and guardrails to drive compliance, execution and performance review of promotional plans.
  • Facilitate learning sessions on outcomes of trade promotions to improve future promotional planning.
  • Leading internal projects to provide better visibility, identify trends and monitor performance across Revenue Management metrics.
  • Engage with stakeholders from the relevant different functions (i.e. Marketing, Category and Sales) to drive the Revenue Management agenda across the business.


Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor degree in a relevant field
  • 1+ year working with solving sophisticated business problems through data analysis (preferably in the FMCG/CPG industry or consulting)
  • Ability to partner with the business, provide insights and craft engaging presentations
  • Advanced Excel skills are required. Experience working with Tableau/IRI/Kantar is an advantage
  • Fluency in English
