This position is responsible for the investigation and completion of customer returns and customer credit requests. This opportunity will be critical in finding solutions for customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

Administrative

• Research and follow up on inbound requests from customers in relation to return goods or credit requests

• Keep detailed records of interactions/investigations/CRM

• Reporting out of noticed trends of return goods

We don’t expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect:

• A high school diploma or GED

• A desire to build a long-term career with a stable, respected company

• Clear communication skills and a helpful attitude

• Attention to detail

• Proficiency typing and using computers

• The ability to work well in a team and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Reliability. You show up on time, ready to contribute
