Leidos is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the RFMS Project Manager position for the Integrated Defensive Cyber Systems Contract. This position is located near Lackland Air Force Base; all work is onsite.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of ongoing Task Order execution, including scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and deliverables tracking.
- Serve as the primary liaison for communications between the Government, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of RFMS version updates (e.g., RFMS v2.1, v2.2) throughout each Option Year.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and integration activities associated with each release.
- Direct and manage warranty, licensing, and break-fix support actions for all deployed RFMS systems, including hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
- Lead the subcontractor team providing mission, technical, and training support for all operational RFMS suites.
- Work closely with cybersecurity personnel to maintain accreditation and address emerging threats or vulnerabilities.
- Engages in technical planning and design activities to develop secure IT infrastructure solutions. Provide architectural guidance and establish security standards, best practices, and methodologies.
- Conducts research on emerging technologies in support of enterprise operations. Ensures new and existing products conform to information security policies, standards, and best practices.
- Produce artifacts to include system design diagrams, recommendation justifications, and technical specifications.
- Design system solutions that satisfy customer requirements and meet service delivery objectives.
Qualifications:
- Requires BS and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience, additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in project management, systems integration, or technical program support, preferably within a DoD or government contracting environment.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in managing software/system lifecycle sustainment and updates.
- Strong knowledge of DoD RMF cybersecurity policies and practices.
- Experience successfully implementing advanced cyber security technologies in a complex environment.
- Experience developing and implementing information security controls, procedures, and documentation for the operations of systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Must possess an active Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance is required to be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with radio frequency management systems or similar mission-critical platforms.
- Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) and task order administration.
- Ability to lead in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with shifting priorities.
- Knowledge of Agile development, Experience using Atlassian tool suite to include JIRA and Confluence to track activities and knowledge management documentation.
- Experience with working Army, Navy and Air Force Customers highly desired.

Pay Range:Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
